It's electric. And not a single mention anywhere I've seen about how much it will raise the temperature. If they are washing a dog with it I'm guessing you aren't getting much over 80°. Garbage

@@MikeKow80 I found this through some Google searches: "It heats the water to a maximum temperature of 110 degrees F, though just 91 degrees when on shower mode. Though, the maximum temperature also depends on where you are located geographically. In northern states where the ground is colder year round, the maximum temperature is around 96 degrees F."

Not sure if I would wash my car with this in the winter. Remember, hot water freezes quicker than cold water.

That effect is few and far in between. I would count on hot water being better in most situations. :P It's one of those "It's the exception and not the rule." instances.
