But to compare US coaching staff to Local Filipino coaches you gotta be naive to not know the difference. Filipino players can compete in the international stage, why? Some of them are D1 NCAA players, Some are international league Champs, some are local champs and league MVP, and an NBA player in Clarkson. Nothing different from other European Nations, but the one defining factor is the program and the coaching. You'll actually know the difference through broken plays, european ball clubs have alternative plays designed specifically if a play gets broken. While the filipinos, resort to pickup basketball after a broken play and that tells alot about the system that the coaching staff has.
