Grace doesn't show her impersonations often anymore but she is really, really good at them. Your phrase "commitment to character" is spot on, because she worries as much or more about the details than the voice or look. Best example I can think of is when she impersonated Hannah Hart for an April Fools Day video a few years back: the way Grace got some of Hannah's mannerisms, phrases and even lisp right was just brilliant.
