You have no idea how happy I am as a Vietnamese that you picked Vietnam for the mystery round, and I didn't even know it was served at Vietnamese funerals! Bún bò Huế is one of my favorite Vietnamese foods and though they didn't fully appreciate the pork blood, like Link said - coating it in the broth really distracts you from the blood taste and it's one of the things I truly love about this dish. Definitely give it a second chance if you can! Also, props to Stevie for pronouncing bún bò Huế with the best of her ability.
