This brings me back. I used to work at The Cheesecake Factory as a "Baker" and during our first day or two of training we had to try a bite of every single cheesecake and the towering cakes too and describe their flavors with enhancing words as if we were talking to the customers. And it was a new location so everyone was new and training there together. For lunch we'd all gather around every day and enjoy everything the cooks were learning how to make that day as well.
