Zabana Glow Stick was a gift in a box I received after asking about a tub of that great zit balm because it was taking a while...so I got a pink one & I really like it...it lives in my desk at work when I need to touch up the cheeks a little. They make a really nice dry shampoo too; I get the lavender one for light hair. Thanks for the good word on the Kopari Rose Toner. I've been tempted to try that one. A supplement video would be great - there's so many out there so it's hard to decide what to choose. I am enjoying all of your past minimalist makeup videos for the hot weather. All of your videos are helpful & enjoyable. Thank you for all that you do!!! xx

Also, any advise for protein shakes as well? I use Vega One with coconut water or milk when I know I should eat. It can’t stand the thought of even choking down something. Just wondering if you have any other suggestions as well.

those cookies though, so good. i went on a roadtrip recently, just driving around with my best friend in his 1964 vw beatle, and we went through pennsylvania and west virginia/virginia and they have a gas/service station down there called sheetz and they carry those cookies. i got so excited because i can never find them anywhere other than specialty food stores so i bought a bunch of them. they're great roadtrip junk food unrelated: i would love to see a video maybe about your dogs. i love knowing all about people's pets

OMG! The Balm's Bodybuilder Mascara is the best! I never hear anyone talk about it. I try other Mascara's and go right back to BodyBuilder. Hydrogen Peroxide is also an awesome, and cheep, tooth whitener. ;-)

I hope you are doing okay after the floods! I'm from Michigan (Roscommon, mostly) and it saddens me to see what happened. Anyway, regarding CBD...I am obsessed with my full spectrum hemp oil because it has made my endometriosis bearable and I can actually leave the house now whilst on my period. It also really helps with any pain (I take more on crampy days) and my anxiety is GONE. GONE! I can't quite believe that. LOL Not sure if it's kosher to post links here, so let me know if you're interested in the brand or go to the Apothic's Choice Oil Facebook page and like it for sales and such. Actually, there's a sale right now! Hope this helps. :) Thank you for your videos...I love how honest you are and I adore your sense of humor.

sugarpuff145 I was in the same position you're in now. Do you have any friends near you? Hang out with them. If they aren't need you, call them. If you have absolutely no one, call _me_ . No, really! Make a self care list and try to accomplish at least 3 things on that list (we should all be doing this, honestly). You *must* look after yourself. You're going through a lot emotionally, if you neglect yourself physically, you'll likely feel worse, as our tummies are our second brain. Eat well (lots of dark leafy greens), take Epsom salt baths, paint your toenails, take yourself out to eat, spend an afternoon at Barnes and Noble, do a little bedtime or morning yoga, buy yourself a rose quartz, set it on your heart and meditate for 5 minutes, buy yourself a new dress, sing at the top of your lungs while you drive.

I have tried one product from Kypris and HATED it. It was the sunscreen primer pot of shade thing. It made me look so greasy and it literally smelled like a foot. I still want to try some of their serums but I am salty about spending that much on a sunscreen I hate. I've been using it up on my chest/neck.

Hey Rhian!! Im in the market for a new SPF moisturizer! I've been using pure shea butter after I shower and its been the best thing I've ever used for hydration but I've been noticing more and more freckles popping up and I think I need to start using SPF moisturizers. Have any recommendations for products that use shea butter with SPF? Im also a student, so anything on the more affordable end is most appreciated, though I wouldnt mind paying for quality and cruelty free products!

shira yaari I’ve really been liking (long name incoming for search purposes) “Hempz - Yuzu & Starfruit Daily Herbal Body Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30” it’s mainly hemp oil but it also does contain Shea as well as other goodies! It also smells faaaantastic for summer. You can get it at Ulta ☺️

I keep my moisturizer and SPF separate personal, but I love the Farmacy Green Screen SPF for my dry skin. ☺️ Kind of pricey imo but it’s the first sunscreen to not be too dry or turn me into a greaseball as the day goes on. It plays well under makeup too and doesn’t leave a white cast.

hmmm so maybe ill do that too! I also have dry skin and really dont want to use something other than my shea butter after I wash my face because its just so good to me, but I didnt think about simply putting sunscreen on my face before I leave for the day. Thanks for the suggestions!!
