So cool..as a dedicated musician,all I can say is ..oh! what a woman. Rhiannon is touching something of central importance: where did we all come from,and how did we influence each other. Artistically, that's where all the truly new,exciting things happen. I can relate to her exploration of Celtic music..I can't get enough Afghan music. Tracing through all the ways we collaborated generations ago has an extremely inspiring quality.

Aside from all of her musical talent and knowledge of the history of the various instruments she plays and of the songs themselves, I just love that no matter how formal the venue is that she's performing in, such as this symphony orchestra, she's very comfortable stomping around barefoot.
