This pretty much the definition of a loony cartoon.

The opening has the same singer that sung more than half of the Pokemon openings. The main character has the same voice as the old ash. The bad guys are supposed to be like team rocket, the bad guys sound almost exactly like team rocket, the doctor sounds like meowth, and moira is the same voice as Misty. The CGI is horrible. and...dancing in the intro? really? horrible. :D
