I've been a Rhino supporter since the 80's. I think the first Rhino releases I ever bought were one of The Doctor Demento albums ( greatest novelty album of all time- the 80's) and a Runnaways picture disc. I wish I had the picture disc still. There was once a Rhino Records shop in Riverside CA. Which I went to frequently, but eventually, it turned into Mad Platter.

Rhino is a little beast of a label with incredibly huge catalog and huge selling artists. They hold more value than Interscope, Republic, Def Jam and RCA.

I received both my High Fidelity albums with shipping damage to the jackets and have also now received my Quadio Blu-ray bundle with damages on all my discs/cases. Wat's up Rhino - is it too much to ask to please take my money but then maybe just send me new/minty items?

How can a company started in 1973 have the worst customer service I've ever experienced? My limited edition Cars album arrived warped and unplayable and I've heard nothing from Rhino support for 3 weeks. Since then the album has sold out, so sucks to be me I guess? Get your s#*t together Rhino.
