One of my greatest memories. My Dad, brother, and I (all heavily bearded men), were all going to a blues concert in a Chrysler 300. It dawns on me half way there, three men like us, going to a blues show in a big body Chrysler show car. All we needed to do was start saying "how-how-how" and start wearing shades in the dark.

This, and Legs, were the first mainstream videos to use frame snaps of under one second, on average. All music videos adopted this format from then on. ZZ Top created the dopamine hit video, and it's now a world wide epidemic as social media has taken it to the next level. It all started with their videos.

These guys are one of if not the most badass looking band to emerge from the vastly-encompassing umbrella term for what would be considered "classic rock". I like how they're just holding the groove and jamming in the background during everyone's bluesy night out on the town haha. One of my favorite boogie/hard rock bands.

Totally agree, they were minimalists. Although in blues, rock and electronica (mix of sonic styles), the instrumentation, drums, vocals are just enough. They leave you wanting more. That's probably the secret, although it was already a magic formula, just enhanced.
