I am 32 and I've been wanting to do this as long as I could remember. Ive been too scared to go through with it. I have a droopy nose and this video is great. It gave me a better understanding on how the procedure works. Thanks you so much for it.

Why does some days especially when I am tired my nose that has a droop on one side where cartlidge is damaged get a bigger dent/dimple in it and droop more then other days??. I am serious about this it's really weird!!

Droopy tip could be caused by 2 scenarios - It could be that the septum itself is pushing the tip down OR the tip lacks support, i.e. the septum doesn't actually go toward the anterior tip of nose

I need mine repaired on 1 side cartlidge has given somehow??. How does cartlidge eventually give out to allow a dent in nose tip side??like a dimple??. Some days it's worse then others for some weird reason. It has been threw alot had all the bone and cartridge but 1 layer removed 8 years ago because of deviated septum. One side is fine other side is different and cartlidge is different shape
