Does fat transfer spread eventually like filler leaving you with a fuffy face? Is fat filler permanent filling or do we have to keep up with maintenance like derma fillers

Before and after looks almost the same at 4.01. She does look prettier on other BA photos but it’s only two weeks after. I don’t think her fats settled. I hope it did
