'Having' is not used in the progressive tenses to suffer from an illness or a disease. So,your sentence is that 'He is having a bad or severe headache/ cold/ sore throat. ' = Incorrect.

'কম্পিউটার একটা বিষ্ময়কর আবিষ্কার হওয়ায় আমরা উপকৃত হয়েছি= Computer having been a wonderful invention, we have become benefitted' এবং 'লোকটা অপমানিত হওয়ায়, আমরা মর্মাহত হয়েছি= The man having been insulted, we have been mortified'. উভয় বাক্য একই রকম হলেও Structure ভিন্ন কেন হলো অর্থাৎ Computer having been এর পরে past participle হলোনা কেন? পরিষ্কারভাবে বুঝতে পারিনি। স্যার, যদি আরেকটু ব্যাখ্যা করতেন, তবে খুবই উপকৃত হতাম।
