Kelly, I think it's a little unfair about you going on about Emily not being a litigator and that somehow disqualifies her from calling herself a lawyer. I have never heard her identify herself as a litigator. A lawyer is someone who has passed the bar (which she has - she's licensed in CA & UT) and is licensed to practice law. Practicing law is not limited to being a litigator. I worked in the legal profession from 1991-2018 (on and off w/ a management labor law firm) as a legal assistant and paralegal. There were attorneys at our firm who were litigators (went to court; filed docs in the respective docket system dep'g jurisdiction of case) and ones who weren't (some negotiated labor union agreements, prepared HR manuals based on state & federal labor laws, HR policies for companies, EEOC Claims, Fair Labor Standards disputes, OSHA disputes, etc., NDAs). Many who did those things never set foot in a court room. SO WHAT? They're attorneys. They worked hard and deserve the same degree of respect as "litigators." I just don't know why that twerks you so much and why every time she comes up, you go off on that. You're the first person to take issue with someone who doesn't respect the fact that you're educated and were very successful at a young age and I don't blame you for that.

You don’t need to be a litigator to be a lawyer. Many lawyers do not practice in a court room…there are all types of needs when it comes to the law and contract negotiation and writing is a complicated and slick slopes at times. Just saying…love you guys!

RHOC has jumped the shark, from the opening scene of a dog humping a pillow (how juvenile is that, come on production) to the end scenes of Tamra running around throwing cake and yelling (again how juvenile), reasons why this will be the last season I watch. I can't believe RHOC could be worse than last year or the Braunwyn years, but this season is on trend to disappoint. Emily in that green dress, does she not look in the mirror?? And Gina just can't help herself both need to go!

OMG! Kelly, you are so in my mind about the home decor. When I saw Taylor's house and furniture, I was like wtf. How can Taylor come back on tv and not fix that house up. The brown granite, Tuscan kitchen and medieval furniture was just beyond. Gurl, take 30k and put in a white kitchen with some quartz counters. Emily's house is plagued with this outdated Tucson look as well. Your telling me, Emily doesn't have any money to give her kitchen a re-fresh at least. I would be mortified to allow tv viewers to see dated granite and brown cabinets. As annoying as Heather is, at least the inside of her now sold house is basically on trend.

I do think Kelly will be asked back as a f/t hw next season. Too many people are speaking out and saying the show needs her, even the ones that were not in support of her ever returning. I’ve always thought she filled a niche that no one else can. I know Kelly has said she’s not sure if she would return because it’s been good mentally and for her marriage/family to be off the show, but since so many viewers and KZbin commentary channels have said they want you back on, can you see yourself going back next season - because Bravo is going to ask. Your politics should not preclude you from being on the show, sorry Bravo that your far left feelings are hurt but you don’t represent all of us who watch housewives. I’m moderate and registered independent and our politics swing both ways and I don’t like anyone telling me what I value.
