Rhodes Finalist heads off to Oxford for the fall

Originally from Eswatini, Southern Africa, Bobbie Pennington '24, Economics and International Studies Major, talks about the culture at Macalester, his passion around the topic of economic international development, and becoming a Rhodes Scholar Finalist. While at Mac, Bobbie served in a variety of leadership roles, including Student Body President, and Student Liaison to the Macalester Board of Trustees, winning multiple awards for his work in student advocacy.
