The fact that these guys are in their 50’s and are still playing at this high of a level of energy and quality is astounding. They won’t be as energetic as they used to be in the earlier years, but damn they still bring it every single show. I’ve seen them three times now and they’ve been amazing all three times, I can’t wait to see them during the saviors tour.

I also saw them at When We Were Young, although the day before this video was recorded. They were incredible then, but did seem to be a bit more disengaged. So I think it just depends on the concert.

And I've seen green day live and I've seen blink 182 live and I'd rather see blink more times than green day. Green day plays the same exact setlist for the past almost 20 years and does the same ayyee yooo thing forever God I'm so tired of it.

There's something unexplainingly terrible about Blink live that I could NEVER put my finger on. I saw them back in '97 and walked away from the gig saying "wow...that sucked". They played ok, but I had that feeling of just seeing a shitty show. If that makes any sense.

Regardless of your personal opinion about Green Day or Billy Joe, hard to not have massive respect for them to be putting on shows this good-this far into their careers. I mean look at that set list, that is a fan curated list if I ever saw one. Musically they sound as good as they ever have and they are bringing more energy than other bands from their time and you can tell they still want to be up there, Billy Joe still letting fans come up on stage giving them the moment of a lifetime and a story they'll never forget, long live Green Day.

I disagree. Green Day is stuck in groundhog day. Their setlists have always been dull in general since the mid 90s but this setlist could be directly lifted from 2005...that's really sad. The problem is they just always do the same songs off each album. I was bored of hearing those songs live in 2002, but the fact they still play them now is insane. There's so much incredible material on their albums which hardly ever gets played. It's a tragedy. They should mix their setlists up and keep things interesting. Every gig does not need to contain every single "hit". It's so dumb. I can't go and see them anymore, it's too risky, because if they played a set like this, I would fall into a coma.

I saw them on the hella omega tour with Fall Out Boy front row and that concert was so good I almost booked the ticket to Europe just to see that show again. Fall Out Boy and Green Day are can't miss talents. Also, one thing that I found really interesting is that they did play the same set list and when they played wake me up when September ends it started to rain.

My grandson just went to Las Vegas to spend a few days with ten of his closest online gaming buddies who have played mostly Apex Legends and a few other online games for a few years now, finally meeting up for the first time to party and to see that concert. They are all in their mid 20's. Second time out of Alaska for my grandson, First time in Las Vegas, lol! He's got a job with travel benefits now so there should be no holding him back as far as getting to see the world, or at least the rest of the US. The Offspring and Blink 182 were also playing as well as other bands during that day.

Are they ever not tight? People talk about how “easy” their music is but people forget how difficult it is to play live. You can play as difficult music as you want like Polyphia, Periphery, Dream Theater and all that. which is awesome, I love playing it myself. But in my opinion it is equally if not more impressive to play something easy incredibly well live. These guys are one the best bands live, they’re so fkn tight
