It's crazy how I will contort my body every which way to try and find something that helps, but then Bob and Brad come along and show me something I've never done before, and it makes all the difference. I'm 24 and have come into quite a few chronic health problems, but this channel makes me excited to take charge. Also my back feels better :D

Great video! I’ve found the rhomboids & lower/mid trapezius are often weaker & neglected muscle groups, which can lead to imbalances & even pain over time. The stretching & basic strengthening exercises you showed in this video are great because anyone can do them easily from the comfort of their own homes. 👍💪

Yes that is what happened to me - am now left with lifelong nerve damage even with surgery I eventually got however I believe if anyone had pinned down what was going on could have been avoided with the right phys therp/chiros- sadl I did heavy janitorial work with improper tools for my height and left handedness - life goes on ;)

When I was younger I used to sew. If I spent too much time hunched over the machine I would get that. The sharp stabbing localized pain right between my shoulder blades. It would have been nice to have access to all this knowledge back then. I'm in physical therapy now for another back issue. Good luck with alleviating your pain.

Oh Lordy it's very painful. Also, I can not get down on the floor. And if I do manage it, I can't get back up. I don't have a workbench or a hard surface to lay on like you are sitting on. Ah! The wall! I have walls!
@MaruyaSAg3 ай бұрын
Since you guys are talking of rolling balls on the back, would a shiatsu massager be a good option. It has continuous turning balls and can be positioned anywhere on the back? That way, ppl won’t have to lie in their backs on the floor (which might be difficult for some ppl).

I get this pain in the shoulder blade every other month or so usually last 2 to 3 days extremely painful. The pain comes and goes throughout the day. I have a softball in a sock that way I’m able to locate the spot that really hurts. Lay on the ball for about 10 minutes It’s pretty painful doing this but it’s only thing that gives you some relief.
