Teresa did NOT GO TO PRISON for Mortgage Fraud or any of the other charges. She was found GUILTY of the charges. BUT she WENT TO PRISON because SHE LIED to the Judge about her assets, hid expensive things from the court. It is ON RECORD that the Judge told her at sentencing that she (the judge) was going to be lenient on her BUT because she lied about her assets, she changed her mind. So Teresa "I'm all about family" LOST AN ENTIRE YEAR with her children and one important year with her Mom and Dad because she tried to keep her STUFF & MATERIAL POSSESSIONS.
