I converted the zvHS recoding into that MP4 format...I even put the Choir name on it...unfortunately I spelled Meibion incorrectly...I entered Mebion instead of Meibion. The whole World can see the VHS recoding - but, that MP4 recoding is one that I made.

Out of curiosity, did you get permission off the people who made the original recording. Or did you pirate it? Again, its not on your channel so how do I know you have the rights? I will have to email the person who sent it to me to see where they got it from.

Did you get permission off the people who filmed the event? and the people who took part? If not how can you claim piracy? This video of a televised event is not on your channel so I have no idea who you are. Someone gave me a recording of the Rhos choir, and i feel that more people should see our history so I have it on here. It is not generating money, it is just sharing the music of Rhos with the world. But. If the TV company requests it to be removed then I will, or they can put their adverts on it and generate revenue, whichever they prefer.
