That was magical footage from Wisley. I went there to see the famous crevice garden designed by Zdenek Zvolanek . Your sweet pea was named after the famous horticulturist Robert Uvedale, who hung out around London in the 17th century . Your tablescaping looks lovely Emma , you're a lady of many talents. Beautiful table, very inspiring x I have used loo rolls many times for sweet peas, the rolls may get a bit mildewy, but don’t worry it doesn’t seem to affect the plants.

I’ve got an Einstein for my tree at home my son made it when he was at beavers when he was 6. He’s a grown man now but his creation sits pride of place together with all my girl’s decorations too. Home made is magical 💕

Us girls did a wreath this year as always. I use cotton string so everything but the wire wreath base is compostable. Forever green. It smells wonderful orange slices and pine with pine cones. I suggest everyone gives it a go. Forage for sprigs & you can make an amazing wreath
