When people think about the awliya of Allah the picture that comes to mind are the people who dress very different and they look emotionless and their lips move in dikr and recitation all the time and you see them in salah all the time. I used to think like that. But my aunt's life corrected that understanding for me. She was just the normal woman casually dressed like most Indian women, doing very minimal ibadah. She used to pray fard 5 times prayers and fast during Ramadan. She used to entertain people cracking jokes and visiting relatives. She passed away couple of years back. The only thing that she had was her humility and incredible empathy for other people. Because of family feuds there were families who used to keep away from her family and she used to visit them and give them gifts until they became close to her again. If you visit her, you wont leave without accepting some gift (even though she was poor). If there is a function like wedding or death or anything like that she will be there taking care of their affairs. I have never seen her complaining about anything or anyone. I have never seen her upset with anyone. Before her death once she became very sick and we thought shes going to die but she suddenly recovered. When we asked about that she said when she was lying sick she saw the Prophet s.a.w in her dream and he came and sat on her bed and gave her some medicine and she ate it and she made a complete recovery. I think that's quite a qaramah. I have never heard anything like that about any of the pious people. And she was very average in her ibadah. Because of that, though its essential to strive to do better ibadah, its more important to have an exemplary character like her.

@@sakura142 Absolutely. Both are important, but Akhlaq is more important than ibadah. For example, a person with average Akhlaq and excellent Ibadah will be lower in status than a person with average ibadah and excellent Akhlaq. But if you are excellent in both Akhlaq and Ibadah then its excellent. But that is very rare.

Walaikumassalam brother, May Allah subhanahu guide you through these trials. Brother remember, guidance is only from Allah Subhanahu. He is the source. Your hope and dua should be to Him. We the people/creation is just a "means". So we must not mistake the "means" to be anything other than what it is. The practice of Ambiya AS and Sahaba RA was to pray salah and open upto Allah Subhanahu. The last aayah of Surah Ankabuth Allah Subhanahu promises that He will show the way to those who struggle in His way. Al-Quran 29:69 - As for those who struggle in Our cause, We will surely guide them along Our Way. And Allah is certainly with the good-doers. I will guarantee you in His name if you are sincere and go to Him. He will give you the best. And this is the month of Ramadan so even better. Also ask Allah Subhanahu for the understanding of His signs. Open your heart to Him without reservations. Follow His guidance. No worries Inshallah. If you want to chat further, I am here also.

Brother don’t be stressed. I had same thoughts a while back. But I was pleasantly surprised when I researched and got to know that it is a sign of your strong faith. ❤ Basically shaytaan is worried of u getting closer to Allah and hence puts these waswas (evil thoughts) in ur heart to start doubting yourself. That will lead to you getting disheartened and slowly losing eman. So ignore these thoughts and watch some videos like of Dr. Zakir Naik dealing with atheist questions. 😊

It's a matter of faith. As the Quran states 'believers are those who believe in the unseen'. If you really want evidence, you should try and live as a muslim. You ll start experiencing many challenges, only those that persist in practicing Islam despite the hardship and who have trust in Allah swt will experience miracles. I wish you a good journey.

Rather its these pseudo salafis who have a diseased heart wich you can notice from their manners and their hatred for everybody unless its one of their cult members. Because u talked about maqam in one of your videos and there is literally no evidence of something like that from our Prophet pbuh. And I dont wanna gain knowledge from someone who is following a sect and not just quran and sunnah. Who are you and who is your teacher and why do you not give evidence in a lot of videos?
