The only thing missing from your two recent solo WW pushing guides is covering the subject of Squirt's necklace. Since season 23 started, a squirt's necklace now turns a shield pylon into 2 minutes of guaranteed double damage. Which is effectively a baby conduit pylon for this build. If used correctly this will melt any remaining elites that you stack around it (you shouldn't need the double damage to handle trash mobs), and this kind of situational damage is more important than the riftwide damage buff from hellfire amulet when pushing for a top spot on the board. This build is all about piling up a giant stack of elites that have been weakened by the area damage inflicted when killing the surrounding trash mobs...so having that two minutes of guaranteed double damage, with the damage invulnerability giving you more flexibility on spinning inside the oculus ring...makes the squirts necklace the superior choice. None of the top ten WW barbs from season 23 use the hellfire amulet, because this build's record pushes are all about fishing for and aggressively milking those golden opportunities where a considerable quantity of half dead elites are dragged and piled near the right pylon. Ideally you would have a festering woods with a conduit or shield, and then another festering woods or battlefields with conduit or shield (and of course those good valuable mobs). One trick i found very useful for this build is to teleport to town and come back after getting a speed pylon. This eliminates the knockback effect, giving a purely positive benefit to the speed pylon and therefore making it NOT useless for situations outside of stacking stricken on the Rift Guardian.

Agree. I think you get more benefits of SN when you are fishing for your PB. But you need to get a shield pylon during your run otherwise it less interesting. I learned the tips for speed pylon like you not a long time ago. Really useful bc you don't want the monsters to become CC immuned due to the Knockback effect ;)

At the very high pushes Rampage Passive loses value fast, since you wont be killing mobs fast enough to keep buff up. You will almost never get benefit from Rampage durring RG at the end of the rift. My usual passive set is: Boon of Bul-Kathos, Ruthless, Brawler and Berserker Rage but Rampage would be next best choice here.

I rolled a Grandfather with Ambos pride buff on it. Decided to use Messerschmidts Reaver in the cube, along with the zodiac ring, which both have the same effect. So 2 second cool down reduction instead of 1. The cool down gets absolutely destroyed and you get pretty much 100% uptime on beserker rage. You can use charge and push through really quick.

I noticed that I was having a lot of trouble staying alive with 930 paragon level so I tried to putting Unity on follower and myself with the follower having the immortal enchanters focus yet i still cannot live against elites with affixes like electrified or fire chains. I dont know if maybe if im just supposed to ignore those type of elites as a barb or if 1.5bil toughness just isnt enough for GR 120s (im using hellfire amulet and not squirts btw)

I hate Ancient Spear, can never get it too work properly. I use War Cry with Veteran's Warning rune for the extra toughness, Just easier to play and gives me a rage boost to start spinning at the start of the rift.

You really only need Ancient Spear if you're pushing super high rifts. The playstyle changes a lot for those - you basically just WW enough to keep your bonuses and fury up and manually cast rend to get full benefit of Area Dmg (the autocast rends with Ambo's Pride don't work with Area Damage) and you basically use Ancient Spear to drag elites along with you while you whittle their HP down with the bloodbath dmg and Area Dmg from your casted Rends. You do this until hopefully you find a Power or Conduit pylon, or if you're running Squirt's Necklace, a shield pylon is almost as good. Then you take your giant stack of half HP elites, pop the pylon and crush everything during the pylon buff. Unless you're pushing like... GR140+ this really isn't necessary (maybe lower GR depending on your paragon etc).

In all the different "builds" for WW... what is the best just starter build. I always get confused as to which one I should go for, when I am just leveling, trying to find all the pieces (and therefore need to know which pieces to strive for) and which build to try to focus on. I am a casual gamer, I like the grind. I like trying to push GRs but when I say that, I've done maybe a 95 solo. So do I try to get that perfect GR solo build? Stick with the nephalam build, cause it will do fine in probably anything less than GR100? There is so much data!

like the other guy said, at the end of the season they become normal non-seasonal characters. at the start of a season you can "rebirth" (max 3 characters per season) a character into a seasonal character -- they become level 1, 0 exp... and start fresh, same as a brand new character created for the season (but it keeps your total playtime records, and so on). any gear in your stash at end of season, or any gear worn when you rebirth gets mailed to your non-season side, and can be collected later. at the start of eash season, most "earnables" (transmogs, artisans, etc) are reset and need to be found/trained up again. you do NOT need to complete the campaign again if you've already done it at least once; you can just switch straight to adventure mode and get on with it. you DO need to complete one GR70 solo to unlock Primals for that season (and you get a free guaranteed Primal for doing it).

Why do I keep seeing Homing Pads on the follower? Since it really is a limited usage, why not put Spaulders of Zakara there instead? Repairing gear is a nuisance.

There is actually a glitch (which can be pulled off by most builds) where if you macro Town Portal, you can keep that damage reduction permanently. This works because the damage reduction lasts a few frames after you let go of Town Portal. This doesn't work with channeling builds, however, but can be pulled off by most builds.

It doesn't matter a whole lot. In general, if a build has some skill that does something on crit, then crit goes first. Otherwise, you want to keep your global crit chance and crit damage (including gear) at a 1 to 10 ratio to maximize your damage. But we're talking differences of power of a few percent

how in the heck are people staying alive? i have as much cooldown reduction as everyone else, i try to use my stomp only to refresh my band of might sometimes, and my wrath of the berserker still always has a good 10-15 seconds left before it's ready to use again, even with zodiac on. On top of that, even when i am in berserker form, with my band of the might always active, my whirlwind going for the channeling dmg reduction, gemmed all into resist... i still get hit so hard i dont even get a chance to panic potion, i just drop dead in grifts 125+

Surprised people are still playing Diablo 3.. So I've come back to the game so I can experience my first Barbarian build/playthrough. My first character was a Crusader. My second character, my main character was the Monk. My third and final character/build in D3 was the Wizard. ---- Starting new builds in Diablo 3 I dreaded.. Mainly because of how much I disliked playing through the Acts, Aka title sets. The storyline and "cartoonishness" of Diablo 3 was very underwhelming to my experience. I have high hopes for Diablo 4. I'm hoping Blizzard is looking to show off what they're capable of. Developers want to be proud of their work.. It's just, how much will the Activision side of the company seep in... Whether that's through a rushed timeline or monetization. 🤞🏻 Blizzard wants to do the right thing. Making a good game for the fans and with that, knowing the profits will come.

If you're not pushing super high rifts that setup is fine. Once you are pushing really high GRs (like 130-140+) you really need Convention of Elements... and then you can't run the Crimson set anymore and you might as well use Mantle of Channeling.

I can do DMG up to GR 80 but my god! It is so squishy even for T10. 1 hit and im half life. I ran the same built but not primal. Why is that?

That build is great for PC but for console its such a pain in the ass to even attempt to harpoon shit. 75% of the time the spear goes right through enemys and doesnt even pull them.

@@outlawz38 Other than that, the only other thing I can think of is to put diamonds in your chest/pants and have the Swords to Ploughshares on your Battle Rage. Also make sure you have enough cool down to keep up WotB. You could also try dropping Ancient Spear for War Cry - Veterans Warning.
