I used to love this song! I was trying to find info on the mixtape, and there's barely any out there. It's like it never existed, but I remember bumping this in my 1991 El Dorado back in HS.

Man, I think it's great that more and more video games provide a unique avenue for artists to disseminate their music, but I'm tired of all these kids saying they only heard of this song because of a video game. If you heard this song, and you like it, bump the underground scene man and be a hip hop head. Thumbs up if you were rockin this shit when it came out in '05, though I'm sure I'll be the minority...

@123daan24 I agree. You definitely need to appreciate the music for what it is, not where you found it. And as I said, I think it's dope video games are providing such a good pipeline to disseminate the music. The Tony Hawk games were on the forefront of this movement (if you can call it that), and I really appreciate the TH games for that. I just lament the loss of the hip hop head culture.
