What a journey and still ongoing. I remember cheering up for Ireland even though it’s not my country because I was supporting you. Watching your videos has actually inspired me to get into fitness. Something about athletes and their training is so captivating. Keep rocking and know that lot of people are always supporting you no matter what. Lastly, thanks for making these videos. At 3:553 You finished your PH routine. As you stood, your emotions flashed across your face. What a day that must have been for you. Glorious. You did not explain why the TOXIC environment, Why were you forced out of the gym.? Rhys, What a wonderful story. Amazing that you done your work and advanced so far. You could freeze the video to look at the article titles, then search for them. Or Google "Rhys McClenaghan kicked out gym" & plenty comes up! Basically Rathgael Gym, which is fun as a custody had Dinsmore issues so to save the gym they made 2 coaches in the Elite & High Performance program redundant. His coach Luke was 1 of the 2 that were dismissed. This meant Rhys could no longer train there (due to insurance issues) because he was not supervised by a coach.

Hi Rhys, This is only my 4th video of yours. The first vid of yours I watched was the one in which you're taking & showing us around the PARIS2024 Olympic Village, on your first day there. The vid had (fortunately) appeared on my 'feed' (😎). And, of course, I clicked 🤩on the next one, appearing on the screen at the end of it, i.e. the one where you're feeling rather isolated and itching to go to the Olympic Village, showing us bits of your week at "the Paris Olympic Training Camp" ( aka a "holding" Camp... Baah ! What a creepy terminology BTW ! I, too, would only want to flee such a "Camp", man! ). By then, I had subscribed to your channel - duh - and, treated myself to a 3rd one : "Flying to Paris Olympic Games! ". Terrific vid (yet again) where you're being so kind as to 'require' your viewers to advise you on which of the 3 Team Ireland outfits you should be wearing at the 'podium-training', the 'qualifications' and 'finals'... Erm, if I may, I'm using the opportunity to issue you warm kudos for the very fit (!) showcasing of the white jacket outfit 😜 meant for the Opening Ceremony. I bet designer LAURA WEBER would just love to run this sequence on repeat on a screensaver at her studios 🤑... Perhaps there's a deal to be made there, don't you think ? Now, THIS vid is so choice, so generous, and (once again) so perfectly tailored ! That I felt it was only fair I took the time to write you a compliment. Extra great job on this moving tribute to your journey so far! I hadn't seen footage of your 2018 positives (and I was unaware of the whole gym exclusion drama). I know I have said it before but your hard work, your attitude, your ability and your drive is so inspirational. You are unstoppable. (although perhaps don't play poker as I can't imagine you have a good poker face just yet... we can read on your face plain as day how you feel about a routine before your feet even hit the ground LOL!)
