Shaye Cohn = music. What a wonderful human being she is. So glad KZbin enables me to enjoy her work despite me being on a different continent. 😊 Dear Shaye, whatever you do, never stop making music!

Always love Shaye. She's a super talent. Not a fan of Norbert, but ya gotta have somebody on trumpet.

Leader Norbert Susemihl on trumpet, Craig Klein on trombone, Oliver Bonie on saxophone, Shaye Cohn on piano, Molly Reeves on guitar, Roland Guerin on bass, Jason Marsalis on drums. Absolutely tremendous. Couldn’t get better. Many thanks indeed for this recording.
@tonygreen26827 ай бұрын
Btw, the leader Norbert Susemihl says at the end of this set that they’re going to take a short break, which I thought sounded odd. Don’t like to nitpick, but this is Set 1 although the title says Set 2. The good news is that the real second set (titled Set 1) is also available here on YT 😉

Yes, PMLynch, Molly is a great singer and guitarist, we love here with all our hearts, in all her constellations. Known Molly since the early days of The Red Skunk band. Of course, we love Shaye as well, wish we could invite them to Sweden. Maybe one day ...
