Ngl the format of the going bottom line to top line screwed me up way more than the actual rhythms lol if this followed normal top to bottom I'd get further

If you do reading exercises try on occasion to read them backwards or sequencing the bars in random order, that will help tremendously

Thanks for the exercises, but I'd suggest having a page turn animation or something so that we have time to react to the next line coming; its impossible when the next page plays instantly the next count after the end

There is one, you have to look at the first two bars

Im a cellist and I had no problem with the first 8 levels (8th I had to do it twice to get it fully). My more honest respect to percussionist that have 10 levels as if it was nothing.

You can approach them using the classic rhythmic solfège technique: for eight-notes 1-&, 2-&, and so on. When it comes to sixteen-notes you can use 1-e-&-a, 2-e-&a, and so on. It’s all based on matching a given number of syllables (2 or 4 in these cases) to given rhythms. I am sure you can find more online.
