Can I use any eprom for any drum machine. I apologize, I have never heard of the storage method.

Can you Mod the famous Boss Dr-880 drum machine for having more memory or Rom sample mod or maybe at least to Homebrew the Software so it comunicates thru MIDI and or maybe put an SDcard ext slot to save your patterns or songs What can you do for this wonderful machine ??? There are many many many thousands sold over the world and I know there are many of us waiting for any miracle to happen !! Me ...I go for Full MIDI OUT USING THE PROVIDED USB AND AN SDCARD SLOT FOR SAVING LOADING INDIVIDUAL SONGS OR INDIVIDUAL PATTERNS !!! Sampled ROMS would be nice too !!!
