Now in better quality for your pleasure! So here are the games.
Mr. Upbeat
Press A to hop over the metronome needle. The flashing light on top of Mr. Upbeat's head gives you an indication of when you should press A. Interesting fact about this game is that it's a replacement endless game for Manzai Birds in the English versions of Rhythm Heaven Fever since Manzai Birds couldn't be properly translated into English. The game would have been better if Manzai Birds was included but Fever is still fun regardless.
Dr. Bacteria
Use the D-Pad to stop the viruses from reaching the yellow microorganism. This game (and the Quiz game) are regular minigames in Rhythm Tengoku but now they're put in to endless format. I prefer this one over the Quiz minigame, but we'll get to that one when we get to that one.
Quiz
This one requires no skill whatsoever. I don't know why this one is considered a Rhythm-related minigame. Sure the old guy presses the buttons in a Rhythmic format, but even then you don't have to copy the rhythm, just guess how many times he presses the buttons. Most of the time, I get away with just pressing one button. That's how much I don't like this minigame. It's out of place.
Mannequin Factory
Use the D-Pad and A buttons to assemble the mannequin head. When the head is turned on its side, use the D-Pad to make it face you as it passes by, then use the A button to place the eyes on it. It seems that these mannequin heads are to go on top of Clap Trap Dolls that'll have to stop an evil hand from whacking it on its head, 'cause they do look like the Clap Trap Dolls in Fever.
