Sir. Kindly suggest based on the following. 1. My grandmother executed a registered family deed of agreement on her house and stated the portion my father was alloted. 2. My father died since long. 3. My mother , my elder brother and I am the legal heirs. 4. We have the legal heir certificate. 5. Some time back my elder brother applied to BLRO to record the house in the name if my Mother...me and himself. However he missed on stating the names of my mother and me and also missed on providing any ID or any family agreement between us. 6. The BLRO has issued an ROR mentioning the name of my elder brother who signed the application. 7. Now my elder brother is ferling very bad about it and wants this ROR to be corrected suitably by inserting my mothers name as well as that of mine. 8. Can you please what is the best way to resolve? 9. Suppose instead of altering the ROR since it is complicated if my elder brother declares in a notorised Stamp paper stating that:- a. That ROR no....has my name only on the property. b. That this happened due to ignorance and some errors. c. I declare and submit that even if my name appears in the ROR, my Mother ( Name&Address) and my brother ( Name and address) have equal rights to the property. Will this be ok. Kindly suggest.

I have an old case where the land in the name of recorded owner (after his death) was sold by his legal heirs to us in 1985. The same was executed via a notarized power of attorney. The sellers have given us a copy of the power of attorney. We have constructed our house there in 1996 and have completed corporation mutation & paying all corporation taxes. However for land mutation BLRO is asking for death certificate (of the recorded owner) & warrison certificates (of the sellers) that is not available with us. What should we do?
