I caught my first Tog on a party boat earlier this month, went back a week later and got a 7 pound Tog on light tackle and a bottom sweeper jig. I watched a lot of your videos along with some John Skinner and Elias to understand the bite so I’d like to thank you a lot for introducing me to Tog fishing in a way. Awesome video, glad your still able to post.

Sad that the mate got upset when you released that first one, these things grow so slow, only matter of time till they gone. Dope vid

yea, like what's up with that shit? If he pulled some shit like that with me every catch I made would be straight back in the fuckin water.
@marcuslarwa90982 жыл бұрын
@@BeetleBuns he didn’t throw it back he made him keep it. Bro that shit isn’t flying with me, I’ll throw the fucking mate in the water along with the fish.

Honestly, a lot of the fishing community is kind of shitty. As a primarily catch and release fisherman I often had anxiety when fishing for species that people usually keep. Like you know there are people who will freak out if you put stuff back. Yet none of them say shit when someone has a bucket full of fish all for one person. Just let me fish. I'm happy the community is slowly changing, but still a lot of frankly trashy dudes out there.

Great to see your video, I noticed you had a long leader… did u get snagged a lot. When I’m totaug fishing…. Hook hangs down to the sinker…. No?
@ChrisMcIntee3 жыл бұрын
I generally use a leader that hangs well below the sinker, doesn’t get snagged much no

What size sinker were you using? Do you wish you had the Heavy action night ranger versus the medium heavy? Keep the great videos coming.
@ChrisMcIntee3 жыл бұрын
8-10oz. The medium heavy I use is plenty of rod for this situation
