Question, how to do maintenance including oil changes and spark plugs and other tune up tasks ? Is it required to pull out the generator ?

Maintenance is very easy to perform. You do not have to pull the generator.

Is there an option to have external 30 amp 110 plug to allow generator to be used as an emergency home generator ?

You could add that yourself while adding a automatic transfer switch.
