If the Gripen you watch has two front wheels it´s an A-D. Gripen E-F has only one front wheel.

Depends on the Pilot and if it's the High or Low Altitude program, they definitely haven't had same routine for 10 years

Check out the Gripen E display - that has taken inspiration but is changing. I see the pilot wing some manouvers from time to time while training as well

It sure is not E, E has flir sensor on right side of nose close to cockpit and electronic warfare tubes on each wingtip.
