Armando Rodriguez actually I am pretty sure Eiffel Plasterer was performing soap bubble shows decades before Tom Noddy. doesn't mean Tom and Keith aren't awesome though.

it is a steam blower. it boils water and blows it out as steam in a mist. thats why the bubbles float when theyre filled with steam.
