The best and smoothest/flawless spine buster in history.
@KinnereyB11 ай бұрын
Bar none. The Rock and HHH may have landed some nice spine busters in their careers, but AA - Arn Anderson is the master of it. He’s also one of the most underrated mic workers in professional wrestling history. Never stumbled over his words, and truly made you believe everything he was saying. He also had the unique ability to at any age, look like a 51yo history or health teacher in short sleeves and a tie that’s two sizes too small.

I can't lie, I knew Flair wasn't going to end the streak, but when Arn hit that spinebuster, I came out of my chair. The cameraman was so gifted, we didn't see Arn coming and boom. It was perfect.

Best thing about Arn's spinebuster is just before he rolls out of the ring, he stays still for one second, with Taker flat on his back, and Arn's body language is like, "Damn right, I've still got it."

Yeah Arn Anderson also gave a spinebuster recently in AEW so it does make me wonder about his neck injury. Could he have done what Edge has done and made a comeback around the time of the Ric Flair Undertaker match as a part time wrestler on Raw

I don't think anyone was really thinking too much about the streak at that point. Taker was 8 or 9 and 0 then. But I don't think many people thought Ric would win. I think he's only won 1 match at Mania? That was an Evolution tag match

Two main differences between real sports and professional wrestling. 1. Pro wrestling has a pre-determined outcome. 2. Many pro wrestlers suffer painful, horrendous and life changing injuries. So the winner is pre-determined but the injuries are all too real!
