Fantastic really enjoyed Rico's mind set and positivity. Can relate to him searching the Internet for people with his condition and going back to the sport they love. I'm a triathlete with a bad heart valve that I've been struggling with for years. Had to stop all training 6 month's ago and had to stop racing 4 years ago.
