i don't think he would get that high, i should imagine you'd have to be really switched on to make something as genius as this, maybe I'm wrong, either way the man is on another planet musically

You can't even comprehend the kind of workflow Ric has... the equipment he uses and how he uses it. Leave the proper speculating to the ones who understand. You'll probably never hear the frequencies he can distinguish in his studio. What's weird to you may be music to his ears ;-)

I just don't like his kicks, or the wet sounding claps
@grosumihai34195 жыл бұрын
@@MAMP these type of kicks and claps are organic and are much better than regular kicks
@victordima52595 жыл бұрын
well this sound is definitely cool man...also about the frequency...what is it about them that makes them so undistinguishable? and yes I wont deny the importance of a good listing space i.e. his studio. Also...the workflow is something that can be personal...to any artist...what may work for you wont work for me obviously. he did speak many times about his workflow which is 'improvisation' as he explains this is the most practical way when using 'electronic instruments'. Himself and his coleague Max Loderbauer suggest all this in an interview for RE:ECM. I do realise that I'm responding to a 7 yo comment. lol

aLSO , this could be the sounds of the Vermona drum gate that he might be using. Also heard in many of his tracks
