The use of machinery and innovative farming methods has advanced significantly compared to the manual labor that was once the major method. Sadly the rice field is no longer exist as the owner of the land took back the land for making houses. Those farmers left the area 7 months ago. Thanks for encouraging me. Good luck to you.

Very interesting, and shows the real life of these farmers. Very physical job ! but a lot is easier with tractors or harvesting machines, in comparison with 80 years ago. It's a great video. But, I don't get it. What is so high-tech about the whole process that they can't use modern remote controlled machines that would do all that, without having anyone there? The people (farmer) could then just enjoy life. Where is this idea stuck (not feasible) ? Anyone, please do enlightened me.

Sadly in Thailand many farmers are very poor. They have to use buffalos or old machines. May be someday they will use latest remote control machine.
