Finally gathered courage n thought i will mk it again. Followed your video. N omg tooo good. Same like my mom. But only the end i followed what my mom use to do. While rollin the dough, i used oil instead of rice flour to make it not stick 😃

😊Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. To store rice flour chapatis and keep them soft for the next day, follow these steps👇: Let the chapatis cool completely after cooking. Wrap them in a clean, damp kitchen towel or muslin cloth. This helps retain moisture. Place the wrapped chapatis in an airtight container or ziplock bag to prevent them from drying out. Store the container in the refrigerator. When ready to eat, reheat the chapatis on a hot griddle or in the microwave, covered with a damp paper towel to maintain softness.

For 1 cup rice flour 1.5 cup water will be more I guess. I will try though. Problem is while kneading we have to dust and knead to bring to consistency. Also while pressing in roti press it sticks. Still not picked up the tactic of making ubbu rotti.

Sorry to hear that. Depends on the rice flour quality, water quantity may vary. All the rice flour may not work good for akki roti.

Every Non Veg Chicken ,Mutton Pork can be prepared different colour and spices ,for Veg dishes our simple Foogaths are so tasty ! All dishes can be eaten with Rice Rotis ,Pau(Bread) Wheat Chappaties ,not forgetting Rice steamed, Agarose ,Pilau ! East Indian Dishes are the best ! Other Communities only add Oil and cook ! Our Salads and the dressing ! Cakes and different snacks ,Wines Pickles ,Special Wedding Picked ,Chutney ,seasonal vegetables and Fruits ,and Jams for morning breakfast all from the back yard ! Everything forgotten and only residential places ,even Our Fields have vanished ! Dress Lugras ,dance Aagera with the new corn ! God Bless Us and Our Tradition and Culture ! Happy Feast All East Indians ! My Love remember me !
