Nice, but there's no such thing as "standard" rice in Japan. The most cultivated rice is Koshihikari, which is round rice. It's missed opportunity that they didn't respect the actual types of rice that are produced in Japan. There are at least a dozen types to choose from. They also have dry-field rice.

Hi agree and it goes further you have Italian Arborio rice which is close to japanese round rice in australia we grown short, medium and long grain rice all in what we term dry land rice flooding of fields is only done to maintain a steady temperature rice does not like wild variety of temp. Still good to get it and will leave lot of opportunities for moders and map makers. Love to see a tiered rice map with all the terraces on mountain side like vietnam

I am so ready for fs25. I do wish we had tea cultivation on the Asian map. I love tea. 👌 And please let there be decent seasons that make the game harder and more rewarding to play.

Thanks for the video! I'm also thinking there is a lot potential with the editor that we now see, but I'm not so sure about the 'revert one step' part. For a paddy/field it's just a line. For placement of a building, it would mean a lot more 'changes' that are made. But it should be possible... Now, you can save and if you don't like it, load. So it is 'data' somehow. I would suggest some form of 'Take snapshot' feature before you place, and then revert to snapshot if the placement was not as you hoped. Don't mind what, I just hope it is something like that. And now for something completely different.... I might look into this to much, but have you noticed the white spots in the newly placed fields? Might that be a texture of a 'fertilized state' of a field? Some modders have done this on certain maps, and that looks similar. Would be nice for sure. Oh, and did you notice that this screenshots don't have any myst or blur? I'm looking forward to the game! They maight have some more things in store, as you see how much the interface has changed. We have not seen the last of that.....! (i think)

We got something that is called rice noodles, but I'm not sure if they are actually made out of rice, I have to check it out, but it would be cool. I'm so looking forward to this

I really hope that they make like a Cow and Calf operation where you can ranch cattle on grass fields and where you can move the calf’s to your feedlot or let them grow big on the grass fields also more cattle breeds and hired workers that can work in your feedlots to help when you run around harvesting or planting also vet bills cattle that can get sick also the weight of cattle how they grow and what would also be great if you can graze harvested corn and soya fields to like put fence around them and when you work the field to take it of again and for the cattle to eat the field foilage clean for like 3 months over winter

Do you think the new way to draw a field that you would be limited the axis It looks like the are following the axis from the screenshot.?
@TheFarmSimGuy18 күн бұрын
I think that might be the limit that you can go to, but you may be able to draw a shape within the internals of a field. So for example, you wouldn’t be able to cross a road or anything like that.

When looking at screen shot it shows olives and grapes rows on the same screen with the “undo last coner button” does this mean you can undo rows of olives and grapes ? 🤔🤔🤔

Any idea if Precision Farming will be an option in 2025 or might be available as a DLC?
@TheFarmSimGuy18 күн бұрын
I think it’s likely to come out as a free DLC like FS19 and 22

Last thing I heard was 'Unknown for now, it's up to John Deere if they want to continue'. If it comes, it should be a free DLC again. They said.

I hope they either remove it, or make it an option that can be disable like plowing etc, but hardly anyone running modern no-til machinery runs a roller after seeding or planting.
