Rice Noodle Rolls Recipe - របៀបធ្វើគុយទាវខ្ចប់ឬគុយទាវកាត់

* Rice Noodle
1cup [140g] Tapioca Starch
1cup [160g] Rice Flour
2cup [500ml] Water
2cup [500ml] Hot Water
½tsp Salt
1Tbsp Cooking Oil
* The filling
12.7oz [360g] Ground Pork
3oz [80g] Diced Onion
2.5oz [70g] Diced Carrot
1oz [30g] Chopped Earwood Mushroom
1½Tbsp Fish Sauce
½Tbsp Sugar
¼tsp Ground Pepper
½tsp MSG
* Fish Sauce Dipping Sauce
5Tbsp Sugar
¼cup [60ml] Fish Sauce
¼cup [60ml] Vinegar
1cup [250ml] Water
3 Cloves Garlics
1 Clove Shallot
2 Chilis
½tsp MSG
