Hey. I saw a video where they put rice water in their shampoo. I'd mixed fenugreek and rice water. When I put it without shampoo my hair gets real dry. I've been using them both together in my Pantene shampoo and I'm not disappointed. I do eat black seed everyday and my hair is soft. I still get that potassium feel after washing my hair. On top of this now I've started castor oil treatment for thicker hair. So ig if Rice or any water doesn't suit hair on it's own. Add it to your shampoo guys to reap it's benefits

So the conclusion to this experiment is that both works, olaplex helps with long term well being of hair strands whereas rice water is just being able to maintain strong bonds of your hair strands. But i think if were to look at price wise if on a budget would you reccommend the rice water?

Yes budget wise rice water is a million times chepear than olaplex 😅 but remember these are not the same one is a protein treatment and the other one is a bond treatment 😊

Wow❤ loved this video😊 rice water is best(not using it). And loosing so much hair🫠 knowing that i have to take care of my hair to treat my hair and make them more healthy. But can't do it because of busy college schedule, assignments, tests and all. And ended up with a haircut🫠 yeah i got a hair cut. Bcoz my hair was damaged🫠 am happy that it will not look that bad now😗 but yeah will surely try to start a good haircare again🤌

Your hair is beautiful!! I would never have guessed it was thin/fine textured because it so long and full! I recently started the Olaplex treatment bc I think my hair got fried from the seb derm shampoo I have to use. I notoced the same thing happened to my hair as yours-- it felt stronger but the lower mids/ends got a bit fluffier/less sleek. My hair also becomes wavy/curly when I use Olaplex like I curled it, but my hair is naturally super flat and fine. I don't know why this happens either. I look like I am wearing a wig. I was considering rice water but I might hold back since I have high porosity hair and am afraid I will grow crazy yeasts on my head from the fermentation. Thank you for all your hair experiments!

I have dry scalp and my hair is low porosity. i'm in great trouble. i use a oil named " Imami 7 oils in one" which contains Almond, coconut, fenugreek, olive, argan, walnut and henna. So, I would like to ask that, Is this the right oil for my hair type? I follow your hair oiling routine, i did everything as you said. I do not even put too much oil in my hair. It depends on your hair . I think 30 mins are good and 1 hour or 2 hour is the best cuz that's how long I put it in my hair and the rice water will get absorbed by your hair by that time
