I like how you explain exactly what you are doing and the history of the food! There are some videos that I watch and the host whizzes by explanation so fast, and I miss certain instructions or ingredients!

Hi Jackie, I appreciate that. I love history period but I noticed that we seldom provide food history in our culture. Our culture is rich with history. I know some individuals just like quick cooking videos but to me it is not a "cooking" video but a "demonstration" video. I am glad you are enjoying my videos. 6/26/23: Hi Aida. I loved your presentation and especially the history you shared about the Vienna sausages, in addition to the year when they were introduced to Puerto Rico. I didn't know this info, so it was interesting to hear. I have never put corn in my rice, but I will try it. I also do not have an Instant Pot, but your rice sure looked good when it was done. Muy bueno el video pero yo hamas usaria Vienna sausage. Salchichas Carmelas son las que deberias de usar. Se consiguen donde quieras. Gracias por el video.

Hola Cristian, Gracias! Debido a su comentario anterior, creo que usted me habla del tembleque. He hecho flanes en el instant pot de 6 cuartillos pero hasta la fecha no he experimentado con los tembleques pero voy anotarlo. Que tenga un buen día.
