I’m not super impressed with this guy. He has a great attitude but results are everything and they speak for themselves. We made him the highest paid STC and we have 3 off seasons of throwing tons of resources directly at special teams in the draft and free agency. With all that investment we are still nearly the worst special teams in the league. We’re slightly better at kick returns because of 1 guy but beyond that it’s been pretty bad TBH…
