Tomlin's floor and ceiling are nearly identical, 9 win floor and 10 win ceiling. Yes he's won some Super Bowls, but those were when he was a hungry and ambitious young man. Now he's a very comfortable middle aged man, content to rest on his laurels. The Bengals Defense left two wide open receivers on the final drive. The Steelers failed to make wide open catches.
