The coaching was a factor. But remember, DA was the head coach when we demolished the fist two teams of the season. Which emphasizes the reason we went down hill. The O Line is the premiere reason a team has a successful year. If your O Line is less than being in the top 5 of the league, you are fighting an uphill/water battle. Fix the O Line and guaranteed Carr will carve up the opposing teams. The best examples are the first two games of the season. Strongly believe McCoy is the rudder of this teams O Line . When he went down our team went down! When one wheel on a car gets bent the whole car is no longer Maneuverable.

Allen had no idea what he was doing... and they stayed awful until "DA" was thankfully fired. After that stint I said "No organization would ever hire this turd as a HC." Skip ahead a decade and the good 'ol Saints took the bait and made him their HC. Huge mistake with a predictable outcome. The idea, bwt, that Carr got him fired from the Raiders is prosperous. "DA" had dug his grave long before Car was even on the roster. Carr is a middle/upper middle franchise QB. Given a good roster he can take a team a long way... but he's not elite and he's not going to put an organization on his back and take them to the Super Bowl.
