4:00 - On this subject, I have direct experience and for that reason, it may be worthwhile for the shorter men to listen: I’m 5’5” but have never had an issue getting beautiful women to like me. Three things I want to tell other short men and men in general: 1) The most important attribute to possess to have success with beautiful women is a good-looking face. For those not naturally handsome, take some “looks-maxing” courses and get after it. I’m tellin’ you, I never had an issue getting pretty girls despite my height and this is because my face was considered highly attractive. I was 115lbs soaking-wet in high school… but was at least lean.. leaner and meatier than most boys in HS at that time but hardly considered muscular. 2) For short men, DO NOT listen to the advice of others, especially women, when they say that they don’t want a man to have “too much muscle”. When a woman says things like this, she means she doesn’t want the 6’2” Chad or Tyrone to have too much muscle. She doesn’t want him to weight 240-300lbs and in lean fashion. For men that are between 5’3 - 5’6”, you better be packing a minimum of 16” arms. Until you approach 19”, you’ve not gone too far. The taller you are in that range, the larger your arm needs to be. I have my wife solely because I had an overwhelmingly muscular presence on my frame. I think my arms were 15.5-16” by then and I weighed 155lbs. I eventually got up to 183lbs at roughly 10% BF. 3) Your immutable shortness is your best accountability partner for greatness. Embrace your immutable feature and rejoice in the fact that you will be held to higher standards in every other aspect of life due to this perceived “short-coming”. It means you will become greater than you otherwise would have become. It also means you will most likely remain humble during your trek upwards. While women care nothing about humility, God and men do. I always remind people of this when they comment on my lack of height: It’s extremely hard to look down on someone whom you physically have to raise your head and eyes to look up to. Albeit not a guarantee in life, short kings are more likely to be just kings for this very reason. We tend to give people a chance because we almost NEVER look down on someone at first glance / first impressions. You have to royally mess it up if I don’t respect you as a taller person. Likewise, the opposite is true for our experience - I have to DO NOTHING to have disrespect and lack of regard at first glance but have to EARN every ounce of respect that I have from others from the very beginning of my interaction with them. This is why I said being short is your best accountability partner. This is not a belly-ache for me. This is not me complaining. This is me accepting reality but turning my immutable “lemon” into lemonade.

My idols as far as the male physique are bruce lee, think return of the dragon era, and frank Zane. Lean, aesthetic and fast. Not a fan of a bulky look. Bruce Lee was 5'6" 126 pounds when enter the dragon was filmed. Crazy cobra lats, baseball bat forearms. Frank zame was under 200 pounds and became mr olympia. He hadthe perfect male silhouette. This guy is harnessing some anger and resentment for sure. Talks a lot of surface nonsense theory that likely hits hard with kids & young men. Strive for purpose. As you do, you learn yourself. If you desire women?_ learn women. Love women. But not in an asshole manner. Be a gentleman put not a pushover. Give if they deserve. How?_ talk to girls without expecting anything. Teach them how to treat you. How?_ by not showing you live in scarcity even if you’re feeling so. In time those feeling pass and transform into security. In time women will wonder about you? Then the mystic is born especially if you can lock dates & have alone time & allow some human bonding to transpire naturally. When they are away from you they will think about you. Once they start thinking & wondering about you, they want you. Don’t brag, listen more when you’re with them. Learn to carry and flow conversation, smile, be sincere, but not a pushover. This will get her feeling very feminine & desire you. Pay attention, expect to fail with many woman but analysis why? Don’t get mad, enjoy the process. Try again, before you know it, results present themselves, that becomes momentous. Rinse, reflect, repeat. Before you know it, woman enjoy your presence & crave your intuitive intellect & understanding because you see them. They drop their guard because your aura is cool, calm, collected & all knowing. You become the exception. Once this happens?_ you’ll realize how insecure women are. Men as well. Once you become this your self awareness is life’s hack to so many things. This even works on men to win & earn at life, now you’re winning. Practice, I promise it works.

I'm 5'7, 190lbs., well-built naturally and the majority of (cute/attractive) women I see in gyms are with guys who are average to below-average in build; that or they're with guys who are juiced to the gills and even then, the guys don't look great for being on drugs and just look like dumb 'roid monkeys. I love working out and taking care of myself physically but it genuinely seems like women couldn't care less whether a guy is built or not... and I'm not unattractive. Being 5'7 doesn't help but when you're well built and really into the gym, people make the immediate assumption that you care too much about your looks and that you're driven by insecurity - ever hear of sarcopenia?!? lol
@LatimusChadimus
@LatimusChadimus 4 ай бұрын
Yeah because the vast majority of women do not want one of those bodybuilders, not only because of the mental side of it where this guy is obsessed with himself, but even the looks of it is just not natural and it's not appealing. Like Rich has said on many podcasts, you can get away with as little as a swimmer's body and of course you will turn more heads with an athletic body and the same goes for the warriors body. Women aren't concerned with the details or the symmetry or even your unhealthy body fat percentage, they want the man, which is why it's relatable to say that looks open doors but without personality and strong mental fortitude you will get pushed out of each and every door. Focus on your physical performance, your recovery and your mental health and everything physically will fall into place the way it should

Do you have a job? Do you have savings? Do you have anger problems? Are you a heavy drinker? Are you educated? These are the things we pay attention to. Women weighing 170 is not healthy….average height for a man is 69inches therefore they should only be weighing 130-150. Some men who have decent muscle at that height can weigh up to 170. You tell these guys to get heavy and I get what you’re saying in gaining weight by building muscle but most won’t do that. Many of them who follow your advice will get fat. You also said you told a minor not to listen to his parents, I get in Canada you people are ok with intruding in family. In the US that’s looked down upon. Many men under 130 would dribble your head on the pavement. I like what you tell young men about chasing purpose. Stay out of the self defense talk because clearly that’s above your head

I asked him, like man, you spend up to 15 hours at the gym every week and you can't do a pull-up? He mumbled something in response. Another thing, when we went out he would tell me if minded slowing down cuz he was just out of gym and very sore and couldn't walk fast🙄 then I would ask him: why do you go to the gym that much if you can't walk afterwards? He said proudly: a man has to be strong and fit so he can protect his woman. I said: man, how can you ever protect anyone if your walking speed is that of a 2 y.o.?😑

10:09 - My brother took Ozempic.. he hardly ever ate. Lost some 60+ lbs in about 4-6 months. Tapered off and has kept the weight off. Doctors need to get people regimented during that time while tapering. Folks don’t eat enough while on it to train optimally although they could do cardio I suppose. A drug so effective like that could be a game-changer in a fitness trainer’s tool belt. Could get anyone to lose weight fast on that stuff but it’s the transition off that is MOST IMPORTANT.

I get a kick from the feeling of eating decent food. It feels good as it goes down and then, every now and again I can abuse my body with a really unhealthy takeaway. Bad food has its joy and space, just so long as you surround those events with equally rewarding decent foods imo

5'5 to 5'6 at 130 lbs is not underweight you're supposed to be 122 to 150 lbs at 5'5 and 128 to 156 lbs at 5'6. There's nothing wrong with that and you need to do your research rich before saying ignorant things that's not underweight that is a healthy weight, I don't get why you would be embarrassed as of that's a problem.

i’m 6’1 and now weigh 170 lbs. i recently lost 85 lbs. i’ve been lifting during my weight loss to try and maintain some muscle, surprisingly I did build some definition in my chest and arms and shoulders while losing weight and I think it looked pretty good now. I’d like to add more muscle, but I’m afraid of adding calories and gaining fat.

@@urbanproductions4852 Agreed. I guess some people get to delusional with the weight sometimes. Not sure if you know about Bradley Martyn, a 260 bodybuilder, who assumes because he has more weight, he can beat anyone, but a guy far smaller than him in size with fighting experience was about to, not take him down, but rag doll him. I do not recall Bruce Lee's weight but a lot of people seem to think just because he looks smaller in size that somehow he is a non threat, it is a silly way of thinking.

Women don't find men who fight attractive. And your body doesnt matter either. Doing things to impress women is a very feminine trait, that is why you have no luck. Build the body you want for you, carry yourself like you are the prize, that is what women notice.
