In this episode Jenna for the first time told Amy that she worked in the diner and Rachel was surprised to see that she still worked there even after going to college but Jenna kept her head down and became a real estate agent. If you have allergies, let the waitress/ waiter know. Also Jenna is an major asset. Also 1, 2, 3 etc failed tests is OK because failing is how you learn. Keep trying and never give up.
