I had a similar situation happen to me when I was a floor associate at Walmart. This costumer had the audacity to tell me, "you are where you need to be in life." The customer was a bully all because we didn't carry her item. Even though she treated me like dirt, I still was polite to the wench. Thank God I am no longer there. I went back to school and got a decent job now. I am always polite to all service workers because I know what they are going through. Some customers need to get off their high horses and learn how to treat others the way they want to be treated.
