Thanks for another incredible documentary film, Rich! I think I would enjoy that run, actually...nice tour of London and I would just run over the people crossing the street. I would, of course, apologize afterwards. Solid time considering you didn't taper and took it easy-ish. That's time is pretty much my all out pb...which I hope to break later this month.

I would have struggled not to bellow, “respect the race”, at all those civilians wandering across the route like wildebeest roaming the Serengeti looking for a Starbucks. The whole thing looked kinda vague and lacking in atmosphere.
