He only got 18 because it was a murder including more than ten people who murdered a 15 year old in one of the most brutal stabbings in London history, Dave’s brother allegedly wasn’t PARTICULARLY involved in the murder he just supplied the weapons used for the murder and tried to get rid of them after the murder too he was caught by police with the weapons and got sentenced to 18 years via joint enterprise. A lot of people claim he was set up to get caught with the weapons. I’m pretty sure America doesn’t have Joint enterprise but it works like this. Police and Court can sentence anyone they feel like deserves a lot of time despite not being directly involved in any situation so in Dave’s brother case: he didn’t partake in the ACTUAL murder but was still found guilty over supporting the act and therefore received 18 years for it. I believe they all got at least 18 years and over for the murder equally as police couldn’t identify which of them actually murdered the boy.

Mad case about how a guy went with some people who ended up robbin a house and shot the home owner when he appeared with a shotgun. They all got done for murder, even though the guy didn't even set foot in the house or even see the home owner - being an accomplice is the same as doing the deed in American courts nowadays, as you supposedly have the ability to stop the act from taking place but you haven't. On top of that, you hear about the rap crew that all got sent down because one of them self snitched on a track? 'X does the shooting, Y does the trapping etc etc' His whole crew are now behind bars. Imagine that.

I’m from Glasgow Scotland and I know a good amount of guys who sell drugs from weed to coke to tablets and then a few got caught and done time but the boys that didn’t and dodged prison because they sold to to people they knew and could trust to not rat them out. I’ve started to distance myself from them but them boys who did sell went from living in poverty but because of selling drugs have went from the (hood over here) scheme to living in big 4bedroom houses, and driving big full blacked out range rovers or BMW’s and living if big.
